This work was juried into the NordArt 2016, an international contemporary art exhibition organized by Kunstwerk Carlshutte. For 2016, about 4,500 artists from 109 countries have submitted their applications, and the jury of NordArt selected 250 artists from 55 countries. Venue: Vorwerksallee, 24782 Budelsdorf, Germany. Official opening ceremony will take place on 3 June 2016, works will be exhibited until 9 October.

 

This work was one of the 50 works juried into the exhibition Figurativas' 15, a contest in which 2,459 artists participated from around the world. The official awards and opening ceremony will take place on November 20th, 2015 at 19:00 hours at the European Museum of Modern Art (MEAM) in Barcelona.

This work won the Best Overall Watercolor award in the December, 2015/January, 2016 bimonthly PleinAir Salon competition organized by Plein Air Magazine. The judge was Gary Haynes, the owner of Haynes Galleries of Fine Art in Nashville, TN and Thomaston, ME.
